BUYING ART FROM SHAKEMAKER GALLERY
We sell art online directly from our artist's studio to any destination abroad and promote pop-up shows in Brighton & London. Should
you wish to have advice on artwork for your art collection we would be pleased to help select works that suit your taste or investment. To make a purchase of any work listed on your website please contact us by the email firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternativelly through the Enguire form. We accept payment via VISA, PAYPAL or Bank Transfer. After payment, your artwork will be shipped up to 3 days to your address.
We are able to split the payment of the artworks in up to 10 instalments without interest through our partner ART MONEY. All works available now in our website with the option of an easy and smart payment plan with Art Money. Please contact us for more information.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS
We take care of shipping, customs and transit cover insurance which is provided by our partner Convelio Art Logistics. Shakemaker Gallery pays for the Artwork Transit Insurance fee but the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including import taxes. The prices of the artworks showcased on our website do not include shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com so we can calculate the additional shipping costs.
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee when you buy online through shakemaker.art. However if you buy from one of our gallery sites or at an art fair then you buy the work as seen. The buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist, including packaging and insurance. If you are not completely satisfied with your art work then please return the work within 14 days of receiving it.
1) The cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the buyer. When returning the item, you must ensure that it is not lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise you to opt for a signed for delivery service. It can take up to 7 days for the item to reach its destination.
2) We will not accept returns for items that have been damaged post delivery. If this is the case, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3) You must return the goods within 14 days of your receipt of the art work with both art work and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.
4) After our artist has received the art work, we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned. Please see our returns policy.
Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a returns form containing and a return address. Please print this email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.
